Terms and conditions of use


The original www.RAILSO.COM Product Authenticity Tag with the original intact Security Cord and Security Sticker must be attached to the item(s). Item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way.

The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as sent, packaged in an orderly fashion and have all original tags, extra buttons, dust bags, hangers, etc.
Shoes and other accessories that were sent with original boxes must be returned in these boxes which cannot be used, damaged or altered in any way.
Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim trunks or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the client at client’s expenses.
All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection at the sole discretion of www.RAILSO.COM.

In case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. www.RAILSO.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

Based on the condition of the return in case of non-compliance with the Return Policy all shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund. Refund for returns that do not follow these conditions can take 30 days to be processed.
If an unauthorized return arrives to RAILSO.COM or the product is damaged or altered in any way, the return will not be accepted and the merchandise remains available to the customer.

If  an order does not receive express verification or approval from the Client’s bank, Blue Ape S.r.l. reserves the right to decline it. Once an order is placed no changes can be made to that order. 
If any reasons beyond control happen, Blue Ape S.r.l. reserves the right to delay a shipment. Be aware that during promotions and sale times there may be delays in immediate shipping, too. 

To place orders at www.RAILSO.com Customers must: 
- Be 18 years or older. 
- Be eligible and competent to enter legally binding contracts. 
- Have a valid e-mail address and valid personal ID. 
- Have a valid Credit Card: Visa, American Express, MasterCard or a Verified Paypal Account or a Bank account or any other shop payment method as indicated in Order Payment form. 
- Be a final customer.

Blue Ape S.r.l. has created and published the web site www.RAILSO.com with the mission to offer a service exclusively for its own Clients.
The products on sale on the web site www.RAILSO.com are destined to the Final Customer. By “Final Customer”, Blue Ape S.r.l. means a person or persons who do not operates/operate their own entrepreneurial nor professional activity that may include but not be limited to the re-sale of merchandise purchased at www.RAILSO.com.
Therefore, Blue Ape S.r.l. invites Users who may not be considered a “Final Customer” to refrain both from attempting to establish business relations with www.RAILSO.com nor to use accounts of third parties to forward purchase orders relative to the merchandise on sale.
In regard to the commercial policy described above, Blue Ape S.r.l. reserves the right not to process orders from persons that are not the Final Customer and any other orders that are not in conformity with the said commercial policies.

All the information published on www.RAILSO.com aims to provide a service to users but Blue Ape S.r.l. does not offer any guaranty for  the information published on its own web site and declines every responsibility of the possibility of eventual technical inaccuracy and/or typographical errors. 

Feel free to bring to www.RAILSO.com attention every inaccuracy so that www.RAILSO.com will immediately correct it. Any changes to the website and corrections will be made by www.RAILSO.com without prior notice. 

www.RAILSO.com is a protected site and if used correctly users will not encountered viruses. However Blue Ape S.r.l. declines any responsibility from eventual problems, damages, viruses or risks that the User may incur during the misuse of the web site and declines any responsibility from eventual faulty operations of the web site due to the deactivation of “cookies” in the User''s browser. 
Blue Ape S.r.l. reserves the right to modify the terms and the conditions contained in this legal note when it is necessary without giving prior notice. 
Users are therefore invited to visit this section regularly for updates on changes related to the current legislation. Users must accept the terms and conditions of this legal notice. 
The www.RAILSO.com web site, in adhering to Italian law and in particular to the Court of Brescia, states: Entering this web site the User and Blue Ape S.r.l. agree that the laws and the regulations of the Italian State will enforce any questions pertinent to the use of the web site. The User and Blue Ape S.r.l. also agree to submit exclusively to the competent Court of Brescia for the questions above. Blue Ape S.r.l. does not guarantee in any way that material on the web site can be appropriate or of possible use in other countries, and the access to those materials from places where the relative contents are illegal is expressly prohibited. Users who choose to enter this site from said locations, do so at their own risk, and are solely responsible to respect relative local laws.

RAILSO.COM ships worldwide with DHL. DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Your order can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box) or to one of our stores, if you choose the PAY ON STORE method.
As required by the laws governing world trade, all shipments are accompanied by RAILSO.COM official invoice stating the value of individual items in euros. For items on sale, invoice lists the amounts granted.


As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all RAILSO.com orders are shipped from Brescia, Italy with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in euros.



We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 48/62 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and start from the date of dispatch. RAILSO.com is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. 

Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (CET) are processed and shipped the same day from RAILSO.COM in Brescia, Italy. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. (CET) are processed the same day and shipped the next day, from Monday to Friday around 16:00 p.m.– 18:00 p.m. (CET). Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. During national holiday clients will be informed in case of any delay. In all cases, RAILSO.com reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping. We remind first-time Clients that RAILSO.com could request Bank Gateway to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges. This verification will delay immediate shipping. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.


Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and RAILSO.com will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Brescia, Italy and the language of the contract is Italian.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that an item is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms of Use & Service.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.  


Once the order has been shipped, Clients receive an e-mail from RAILSO.COM specifying the tracking number. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by UPS or RAILSO.com. SHIPMENT METHOD AND COSTS AND FREE SHIPPING RAILSO.com delivers world-wide.
During the sales process, once you reach the checkout page, you can calculate shipping costs for your country. Shipments notes All orders to Gaza are temporarily suspended. To ensure that you still receive your package, please select an alternative shipping address.
Shipments to Russia are subject to limitations. Please contact our customer service before buying.


Taxes and Duties are calculated according to your shipping address and shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

DDP countries include all the EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary. Shipment to this countries is charged with Italian VAT. All prices listed on the website are VAT included. 
DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipment is provided for extra EU countries:
Shipments outside of the European Economic Community are exempt VAT (Italian Value Added Tax) but are subject to all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country the client is shipping to. Payment of these DDU fees is at the sole responsibility of the Client as required by the INCOTERMS 2010. Payment of these DDU fees is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Please note Australian orders under 1000 AUD are not charged with any Taxes and Duties. 
Security Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery.
If for any reason, the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the local DHL and contact RAILSO.COM at customer service. 
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per RAILSO.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees, shipment costs and storage costs that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement. In addition a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the reimbursement itself. The administration office will process this operation by 30 days after having received back the package.
RAILSO.COM reserves the right not to ship packages to any address that may be considered suspect. If you have enquiries regarding these matters, please fill free to contact our customer service.
