RAILSO.com accepts the following forms of payment: credit card, bank transfer and PayPal.  

CREDIT CARD

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. At the time of purchase, customers will be asked to enter the details of their credit card in a secure electronic banking system, provided by Stripe.

Safety

Maximum safety purchases are guaranteed, since Stripe manages all transactions. Customer service operators by RAILSO.com are in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or extremes of validity.

Debit

If the existing funds on the card are enough for purchase and the bank details provided are valid, Stripe will immediately send a debit confirmation: the customer will receive an email with a confirmation code of the transaction. RAILSO.com reserves the right to require new customers the shipping of the order to the same billing address.

PAYPAL

If you are a PayPal customer and have an already existing account, simply log in with your details and confirm your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may open one and confirm the payment. In case of returned goods, the amount will be credited back to the account used for the payment.

BANK TRANSFER

In case of choosing to pay via bank transfer, RAILSO.com will send an order confirmation email including all payment details required to complete the bank transfer. As soon as RAILSO.com receives the due amount in its bank account, the goods will be shipped. However, in case RAILSO.com does not receive any indication from the customer nor the payment within 5 days from the date on which the order was placed, the order will be automatically cancelled.

PRICES AND CURRENCY

All orders are shipped with an invoice in Euros (EUR) showing the exact total amount of the purchase in accordance with the rules governing international trade. For some countries, the price of the items is shown in the country's local currency.The actual amount charged to the credit card or bank account may vary due to fluctuations in exchange rates or bank fees: for more details, customers should contact their bank.

RETURNS

Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date. Shipping fees for returns will be at RAILSO.com expenses but any customs fees or extra costs will be deducted from the final refund.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all the original tags and accessories, including the authenticity tag and the security seal that should not be cut or broken

Products must be returned in the same condition they were originally dispatched: not worn, used, altered or damaged in any way. Shoes insoles mustn't be altered in any way, with no signs of use.

Damaged returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Return Procedure

To make a return, customers must enter their personal area and follow the procedure.

Within 3 working days, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the authorization to proceed.

RAILSO.com reserves the right to inspect the returned items to verify their integrity. If the items do not meet the above-mentioned return conditions, the items will be returned to the customer at their expense.

RAILSO.com reserves the right to reject unauthorized returns.

Color/Size Exchange

Items can be changed for the same model in a different size or color, if available. Custom fees are paid for by the customer, but it may be possible to recover these costs by contacting the local customs bureau directly. Exchange with a different model or item is not accepted.

Free shipping is only available for one exchange.

Defective Items

In case of defective or incorrect items following a mistake attributed to RAILSO.com, customers are asked to follow the same return procedure.

In these cases, RAILSO.com will refund the purchase price and shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will cover only the prices of the returned items (i.e. not including shipping costs and custom fees)

Refunds will be made within 10 working days of RAILSO.com's receipt and inspection of the returned items. Refunds to credit cards usually take up to 5 working days to appear on the statement (processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank).

The refund will be made on the same credit card or on the same account used by the customer for payment.

Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. 

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdrawal the order for any reason, as regulated in Decree 206/2005 (consumer code). This right may be exercised by customers "consumers" only (persons who purchase the goods for purposes not related to their professional, entrepreneurial or commercial activity).

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The selection available on RAILSO.com reflects the real, current availability of the articles, by size and color, since the website is linked to the warehouses where all the items are and therefore data regarding availability is updated in real time. Once an order is received, RAILSO.com reserves the right to confirm the availability of the purchased items as well as to verify the validity of the credit card transaction and details of previous transactions made by the customer on the website. If the purchased items are not available, or for some reason the order cannot be processed as required by the customer, RAILSO.com will immediately send a communication to the customer.

Order processing

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9.30 AM to 7,30 PM within 48 hours of the receipt of the order.

Orders received from Friday to Sunday are processed the following Monday.

Orders are dispatched upon the verification of the authenticity of the payment received.

Please note that all customs fees are paid by the customer, and are not included in the prices shown on the website.

Delays may occur during periods of seasonal sales and promotional sales.

RAILSO.com reserves the right to refuse to process orders and/or service in any moment.

Delivery Time

RAILSO.com uses DHL Express for its deliveries all over the world.

RAILSO.com is not responsible for delays in deliveries due to customs inspections and other unforeseen circumstances

Order Delivery

RAILSO.com will not be held responsible for the loss of the package in case the customer instructs the courier to leave the package without signing for it in person.

Upon delivery of the package, customers are asked to thoroughly inspect it before signing to confirm the delivery of the order. Goods become property of the customer once the package is signed for.

If upon delivery, the package appears to have been tampered with, we suggest customers either accept the delivery under reserve or to reject it.

In case the customer refuses to accept the package, all return shipping costs and custom fees charged to RAILSO.com will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

In case it is not possible to deliver the package to the address provided by the customer in the commercial contract, the package may be returned to the RAILSO.com and all return shipping costs and customs fees will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
