You can return goods within 14 days from receipt of your parcel.
To make a return, please follow our return instructions below. You will find a copy of our return instructions in your parcel, with a return shipping label.
You can return your order or part of your order for an exchange, for a store credit, or for a refund. If the item you received is faulty, please provide us with pictures and details to help us understand the matter.
From UE Countries, the first return shipment is always free.
From non-UE Countries, the first return shipment is always free, but any import fees we'll have to pay to import your order in Italy will be deducted from the final refund.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by our team.
All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to currency exchange rate and will not be refunded.
Orders paid by Bank Transfer will be refunded to the original account, upon receipt of the account holder complete data.
For orders paid by Credit Card, processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. We'll issue the refund as soon as possible, but please consider processing times when checking your balance.
For payments with PayPal, the refunded amount will be refunded directly to the original account. We'll issue the refund as soon as possible, but please consider processing times when checking your balance.
Remember you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
Log into your railso.com account and into your order section.
Select the order then select the item/s you wish to return. Fill in the form with the reason of your decision then click on 'Make an RMA slip'.
Wait for our authorization to proceed. Customers outside the UE will receive an invoice that has to be put outside the parcel.
When the return is authorized, your order status will be switched to 'Return Authorized'. Now you can pack the item/s and apply the return label we sent with your order.
Contact UPS and arrange the collection of the parcel.
Once we receive your parcel, we'll check the condition of the item/s and accept/refuse the return accordingly. Your refund will be processed right after the inspection of the returned item/s.
