If for any reason Customers are not satisfied with an order, we are glad to accept return of item(s) purchased from our website within 14 days of receiving it (them) for a size/colour exchange or refund or store credit.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Log into your Railso.com account and into your order section.
Select the order then select the item/s you wish to return. Fill in the form with the reason of your decision then click on 'Make an RMA slip'.
Wait for our authorization to proceed. Customers outside the EU will receive an invoice that has to be put outside the parcel.
When the return is authorized, your order status will be switched to 'Return Authorized'. Now you can pack the item/s and apply the return label we sent with your order.
Contact UPS and arrange the collection of the parcel.
Once we receive your parcel, we'll check the condition of the item/s and accept/refuse the return accordingly. Your refund will be processed right after the inspection of the returned item/s.
First Return Shipment is FREE when shipped via UPS as per our instructions.
Customers can choose from 3 types of compensation:
-Product exchange: It is possible to change the product only for a different size or a different color of the same article, if available. It is not possible to change the product with a different item.
-Store Credit: the whole amount of the merchandise will become a store credit. Store Credit can be used only once within 90 days of issuance. Store credit cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers. Store Credit cannot be requested for return during Sale time.
-Refund: For orders paid by credit card the amount will be visible credit card statement of the customer after a minimum of 30 days from the date of redemption. Timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system's credit card utilized. For orders paid with Paypal or by bank transfer the amount will be returned to the original account.
HOW TO RECEIVE A REFUND
Once the return has been approved (all the conditions written in the return sheet must be followed), you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase or in other way decided by the customer (example: store credit). Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Returns for refund are partial. Any eventual import fees (for packages sent from outside of the EU) are at the client’s expense and will be deducted from the final refund.
Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through www.RAILSO.COM. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The original www.RAILSO.COM Product Authenticity Tag with the original intact Security Cord and Security Sticker must be attached to the item(s). Item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way.
The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as sent, packaged in an orderly fashion and have all original tags, extra buttons, dust bags, hangers, etc.
Shoes and other accessories that were sent with original boxes must be returned in these boxes which cannot be used, damaged or altered in any way.
Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim trunks or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the client at client’s expenses.
All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection at the sole discretion of www.RAILSO.COM.
In case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. www.RAILSO.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

Based on the condition of the return in case of non-compliance with the Return Policy all shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund. Refund for returns that do not follow these conditions can take 30 days to be processed.
If an unauthorized return arrives to RAILSO.COM or the product is damaged or altered in any way, the return will not be accepted and the merchandise remains available to the customer.
